Priya is an experienced property lawyer. She was admitted to Practice as an Attorney-at -Law in the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 1996.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology.
She was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2010. She became a registered practitioner of the High Court of Australia in 2015.
Before commencing BrizLegal, she practised in the areas of Property law, migration law and Family law. She has successfully handled numerous AAT and Federal Court Appeals in Qld, with several of winning migration appeals against the Minister of Immigration.
